Cathedral of St. Sava, Belgrade
Construction of this Serbian Orthodox Cathedral began in 1935, and was halted during the Second World War. It resumed in 1985. The exterior is completed now, but and the interior is still unfinished. This is the largest Orthodox church in the world.

Kalemagdan Fortress with statue of The Victor on column, Belgrade
The Messenger of Victory (the Victor) is a statue of a naked man holding a sword in one hand, and a bird in the other. He stood on a high column inside the Kalemegdan Fortress, erected to commemorate the liberation of Belgrade from Austria-Hungary in 1918.
